Target Learning Consultancy is a private limited company formed in 1998 and based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

We work with colleges and private training providers to facilitate partnerships to extend the provision of learning and basic skills training within local communities.

The development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems is one of our key roles.  Our aim is to ensure that the partner in receipt of funding conforms to the requirements of its funding body.

In addition, we have a dedicated team of consultants who support the self-assessment process and inspection of workbased learning provision.

All consultants employed by the company come from a wide range of commercial, educational, and quality assurance backgrounds.
